Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator role involves supporting the day-to-day management of work orders, parts, and vendors to ensure fitness equipment and facilities run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Review work orders to identify what fitness equipment parts are needed

- Process invoices (uploading summaries into reputed company or handling PO/invoice processing in reputed company)

- Confirm that gym teams have installed replacement parts and update the system accordingly

- Follow up with vendors or our internal team on aging equipment issues PO/invoice processing in reputed company
