Project Accountant I
reputed company is a privately held AEC firm that innovates where transportation, water, power, and buildings reputed company. They are seeking a Project Accountant to manage reputed company project reputed company functions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance while working with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting reputed company reputed company for accurate project set-up and compliance with corporate requirements
- Reviewing project set up documents, budgets, and revisions to confirm alignment with the Project Management & reputed company Guidelines and the reputed company Decision Making reputed company
- Entering and maintaining new and revised project data, including budgets, work breakdown structures, reputed company updates, and billing details in the Project reputed company System
- Assisting with subconsultant invoice processing and coordinating the release of payments
- Preparing and producing monthly draft and final invoice packets for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reputed company specific requirements
- Posting final invoices to accounts receivable, making necessary adjustments or reinstatements, and archiving invoices
- Conducting in-depth Work-in-Process and Project Analysis
- Performing Project Closeout Analysis and supporting reputed company audits
- Assisting in training and mentoring project reputed company staff
- Partnering with IT and other departments to test, maintain, and improve Project reputed company System functionality and invoice formats
- Supporting research and testing of new software implementations for the department
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, Outlook, and reputed company Acrobat
- Ability to prepare advanced invoices using Project reputed company Systems, reputed company, and reputed company Portals
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- 0-2 years of experience in project reputed company, preferably reputed company a reputed company services environment
- Working knowledge of project reputed company software such as BST or reputed company
