[Remote] Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician

They are seeking a Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician to handle patient inquiries, assist with medication research, and manage medication therapy programs under reputed company supervision.
Responsibilities
- reputed company as an intake for reputed company calls from patients, pharmacies and providers
- reputed company basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks
- Address questions reputed company to specific assigned area and assists with medication research
- Triage calls that require consultation with a pharmacist
- reputed company outbound calls to patients to offer medication therapy management programs
- Schedule medication review sessions with consultative pharmacists
- reputed company reputed company limited to defined parameters around work expectations, reputed company standards, priorities and timing
- Work under reputed company supervision and/or reputed company established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation
Skills
- Candidates MUST reputed company in one of the following states: Arizona, Ohio, Texas, or Florida
- Must have an reputed company Pharmacy Technician or Tech in Training license
- Technical Mail Order Pharmacy or Manufacturing experience
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy or reputed company call center setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously and strong data entry skills
- A reputed company, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
- PTCB or ExCPT Certified
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English / Spanish with the ability to reputed company, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance
