Personal Lines Service Assistant
Heffernan Network Insurance Brokers is seeking a Personal Lines Service Assistant to support Account Managers and Producers with clerical tasks reputed company to account servicing. The role involves processing insurance documents, handling reputed company correspondence, and completing special reputed company as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Processing Evidences & Certificates of Insurance
- Claim Reporting and/or Follow-up
- NOC Processing - Non-Renewals/Non-Pay
- Endorsement Processing
- Invoicing - as assigned
- Billing Questions
- Obtain MVR/CLUE Reports
- Attaching Correspondence in Agency Management System
- reputed company Renewal Processing
- LPR Processing
- Pulling Policies & Auto ID Cards
- Email/Phone Correspondence with Clients - as directed
- Un-routed Attachments
- Prepare Spreadsheets, letters, and mailings as directed
- Scanning Duties - including photocopying and faxing as directed
- Input New Prospects/Clients Information - as directed
- Processing PL reputed company docs - as applicable
- Special reputed company and other duties - as assigned
Skills
- Education - High School graduate/GED required
- Working knowledge of reputed company Office - particularly Outlook, Word, reputed company & PowerPoint
- Must be organized and capable of managing time effectively to meet deadlines
- Must communicate effectively, both in spoken and written forms
- Maintain effective communication in reputed company forms, including email
- Must work reputed company in reputed company-based environment - collaborate with peers and be reputed company to take direction from supervisors
- Other key competencies include flexibility, adaptability, attention to detail, and being a self-starter
- Experience working in an office & team environment is preferred
- Industry experience is preferred but not required
