Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit reputed company Realtors and Loan Officers (reputed company, networking, communities, referrals, etc.)
- Message prospects and generate interest
- Schedule interviews / intro calls
- Support the candidate through the reputed company process
- Help us build a consistent pipeline of high-reputed company team members
