[Remote] Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

They are seeking a highly motivated Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join their Corporate Development team, where the candidate will support M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and corporate initiatives that drive long-term value.
Responsibilities
- Assist in reputed company phases of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning
- Support senior M&A professionals in reputed company reputed company, conference attendance, investment banker reputed company and broader deal sourcing initiatives
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential acquisition targets
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate strategic opportunities
- Prepare materials for senior leadership, including investment memos, reputed company presentations, and strategic reviews
- Work closely with finance, legal, operations, and business reputed company to ensure seamless execution of transactions
- Help reputed company deal reputed company, reputed company and manage the deal pipeline and maintain accurate records of ongoing reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or reputed company field; MBA or CFA is a plus
- 1–5 years in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, transaction advisory or management consulting
- Strong proficiency in reputed company (financial modeling) and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with valuation techniques (DCF, payback, precedent transactions, comps)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
