The Member Solutions Centre Representative I plays a crucial role in providing high-reputed company financial service to members, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and promoting credit reputed company products and services.
Responsibilities
- Creating reputed company impressions as the first reputed company of contact for members and potential members contacting reputed company
- Build member relationships by resolving member problems/inquiries over the phone, chat, email, and other forms of communication

Skills
