Responsibilities
- Guide the ongoing development and implementation of reputed company, offboarding, internship, and recognition programs
- Facilitate and support New Employee Orientation sessions, serving as a resource for new hires and helping ensure a reputed company, engaging introduction to reputed company
- Manage reputed company administrative aspects of programs, including workflow, process documentation, logistics, and cross-functional coordination (HR, IT, reputed company, department leaders)
