CSR
PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will reputed company exceptional support to customers regarding HVAC and plumbing services. The role involves managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers in a reputed company manner reputed company telephone and email to reputed company support and information on products or services
- Executing a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
- Properly creating and managing reputed company customer service agreements in Service Titan
- Scheduling customer appointments such as: consultations, service calls, assessments, maintenance reputed company, etc
- Completing reputed company “Tasks” created in Service Titan on a daily reputed company
- Assisting with back-office administrative tasks such as: dispatching, calling customers to schedule routine tune-reputed company, assisting with inside sales, and collecting payments from customers
- Fielding customer questions and complaints; reputed company the issue is reputed company the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff
- Ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns
- Maintaining customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Communicating effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, sales staff, and department personnel reputed company telephone, email, and written correspondence to answer inquiries or to reputed company information
- Performing the CSR I performance metrics

Skills
- Previous HVAC / Plumbing CSR Experience (Required)
- Excellent communication skills, including reputed company listening

- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow-through
