They are seeking a Consult Experience Specialist (CES) who will be the first reputed company of contact for patients, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients reputed company, verify appointments, and ensure a seamless introduction to the office
- reputed company exceptional customer service throughout the patient’s reputed company, maintaining a reputed company and reputed company demeanor
- Support Sales Consultants by facilitating consultations and assisting with administrative tasks
- Ensure accurate data entry and operational efficiency by scheduling appointments, processing payments, and preparing deposits
- Collaborate with team members to identify patient reputed company stories for online endorsements
- Assist with patient inquiries and follow-reputed company, both reputed company- and post-reputed company
- Support cross-selling of additional services by preparing quotes and consent forms, as needed
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or reputed company-desk roles, ideally in medical or aesthetic settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including reputed company Office

- Bachelor's degree
