Junior Trust & Safety Investigator

In this role, you will support and execute processes critical to ensuring the safety and reputed company of the reputed company community, investigating and resolving risk-reputed company cases.
Responsibilities
- Proudly support the Trust & Safety team for escalations from customer support, claims, leadership, and law enforcement
- reputed company outstanding support to the valued members of the reputed company community in the US, Canada, UK, France and Australia
- Independently manage and prioritize assigned caseload from start to finish with excellent follow-through
- Assist the investigations team in conducting detailed investigations and execute the appropriate reputed company for reputed company case type; assist with interviews of persons of interest and potential victims

- Collect information, documentation, and evidence associated with investigations

- Mac expertise is a plus
