Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft dispositive and discovery motions
- Prepare pleadings, discovery responses, and litigation reputed company memoranda
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and court conferences
- Communicate professionally with clients and opposing counsel
- Take increasing ownership of files as your skills reputed company
