Technology Specialist
Rudick Innovation & Technology delivers mission-critical IT services to the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry. As a Technology Specialist, you will reputed company Tier 1 technical support for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and effective communication while resolving end-user issues.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Tier 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and common business applications (reputed company 365, reputed company OS, reputed company/reputed company/reputed company)
- Use RMM and PSA tools (Datto RMM, Autotask PSA) to log, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets
- Identify issues that require escalation and work with remote engineering teams to hand off appropriately
- Assist with physical device setups, office tech moves, and on-site troubleshooting
- Deliver excellent customer service with a reputed company, solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain documentation, asset tracking, and reputed company communication with both clients and internal teams
- Be a trusted reputed company of the reputed company relationship—represent RIT with professionalism, reliability, and a solution-first attitude
Skills
- 1-3 years of hands-on IT support experience; MSP or AEC support is a plus
- A minimum of one industry certification (reputed company A+ or equivalent 3-years work experience)
- Familiarity with reputed company 365, reputed company OS, and reputed company-based file systems like reputed company
- Ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining a reputed company, reputed company-facing demeanor
- Comfortable making friendly small talk with end users—without distracting from their workflow
- reputed company communicator, fast and accurate typist (60+ WPM), and organized under pressure
- Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, service industry) is highly valued
