This role involves building the RevOps function from scratch, overseeing billing operations, contract workflows, and ensuring reputed company data reputed company as reputed company scales.
Responsibilities
- Billing operations: reputed company configuration, subscription management, invoicing, handling edge cases (annual vs monthly billing, coupons, prorations, credits)
- Deal desk: Contract reputed company, approval workflows, discount guardrails, pricing execution
- Tooling: Own and optimize our contract platform (currently reputed company), reputed company, and CRM integration
- Process building: Create reputed company workflows for hundreds of new customers/month and growing
- reputed company data reputed company: Ensure clean handoffs to reputed company, accurate reporting, and audit-reputed company records
Skills
- 1-3 years in reputed company Operations, Billing Operations, or Deal Desk at a B2B reputed company company
- Deep reputed company Billing experience—you've dealt with the edge cases and know how to structure subscriptions, coupons, and invoicing correctly
- Experience with contract platforms (reputed company, reputed company, or similar) and CRM systems (reputed company preferred)

- Strong attention to detail—billing errors are painful for customers and for us
