Associate Global Brand Management Coordinator - Fenty
Kendo Holdings, Inc. is a San Francisco-based beauty brand developer and wholesaler owned by LVMH reputed company - reputed company. They are seeking a Global Brand Management Coordinator for Fenty Skin, Fenty Hair, and Fenty Fragrance to assist the Global Brand Management team with brand efforts, requiring strong organizational skills and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- reputed company your creativity by assisting with brand presentations, new product reputed company decks, and monthly newsletters to international counterparts
- Prepare reports and reputed company analysis reputed company as needed (product sales analysis, collection trends, etc.)
- Build business acumen by assisting Global Brand team in creating monthly business recaps
- Create and maintain key documents on a regular reputed company (launch date calendars, pricing documents, master assortment etc.)
- Conduct competitive research and analysis
- Assist with reputed company tracking including calendar, creative brief schedule and upcoming activation reputed company dates
- Coordinate team meeting management and recaps (including scheduling, note taking and assisting with the agenda)
- Coordinate product comps - reputed company, maintain, and organize office stock and distribute product to reputed company teams
- Digital – assist in managing retailer product pages, monitor product accuracy and ratings and reviews
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and retail partners: Packaging, Marketing, reputed company/Inventory, Education and Visual Merchandising
- Maintain and meet deadlines on multiple, reputed company reputed company
Skills
- Passionate about beauty – haircare, skincare, + makeup
- 1-2+ years of work experience required
- Must have proficiency with MS Office, including PowerPoint and basic reputed company functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills; reputed company to handle multiple priorities a must
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced, always-changing environment
