reputed company is seeking a Loan Partner I – reputed company Converter/Preapproval Specialist to reputed company the application to preapproval process and nurture applicants. The role involves reputed company communication with clients, realtors, and business partners, focusing on reputed company management, follow-up, and conversion.
Responsibilities

- Confirm reputed company appointments the day before and the day of the appointment
- Set, manage, and confirm reputed company appointments for the Clients to meet with Loan Officer for preapproval, Fast reputed company, or Mortgage reputed company (goal is for you to learn to complete Mortgage Approval Plan meetings reputed company 75 days) communicate what items to bring in for appointment etc
- reputed company applicant’s status updated in reputed company voice and reputed company •Notes are to be kept in reputed company voice and reputed company reputed company in OneNote once file is moved to Fast reputed company or Application with property
- Update referral partners on status of applications received (reputed company f/reputed company set according to need)
- Maintain a 40% or higher conversion reputed company from application to preapproved
- Manage documentation and verifications needed for application (one drive must be used for extra docs)
- Continue to assume responsibilities and help reputed company grow
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be reputed company to work 40 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (teams video required) (sharing of screen and audio will be requested periodically)
- Must be proficient in Word, reputed company, and Outlook applications
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a reputed company attitude
- Must be dependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervision
- Rotating weekends or evening could be required
- Previous mortgage experience is favorable, but NOT required
