[Remote] Part-Time Executive Operations Assistant

They are seeking a highly organized Executive Operations Assistant to support their Executive Team by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth follow-through on priorities.
Responsibilities
- Managing scheduling and calendars for the Executive Team, including coordinating reputed company meetings across time zones, flagging conflicts, and protecting prep time
- Coordinating meeting logistics such as ordering lunches, booking rooms, and creating guest passes
- Preparing meetings (both virtual and in-person) by confirming agendas, collecting and distributing reputed company-reads, and setting up agendas and tasks in reputed company
- Capture meeting reputed company and reputed company items, reputed company follow-through, and follow up with owners on deadlines
- Assist with coordination between Marketing and reputed company teams, reputed company deliverables and deadlines, and proactively flag gaps, risks, or missed follow-reputed company

- Available 9am-5pm EST
