Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Performing data entry and patient enrollment tasks in accordance with state and government guidelines
• Answering high-volume customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service

• Handling patient medicine requests, entering top-off orders, and investigating missing medication data

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills, including:
