As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls, providing policy information, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, leveraging multiple systems to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume inbound calls (70-120 calls per day) from policyholders, providers, and reputed company-party stakeholders, providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.

• Review and maintain new and revised procedures regarding policy information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with arenaflex standards.
• Ensure customer needs are met on every interaction, whether reputed company phone, email, or written correspondence.
• Maintain department standards for call volume, average handle time, and time management.
• Collaborate with reputed company to resolve reputed company customer issues and reputed company solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements

* 1+ years of work experience in a high-volume contact center environment, with a strong background in customer service and communication.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong remote experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable internet reputed company with a minimum upload and download speed of 20 Mbps, using a hard-wired reputed company.
• Must have a smartphone to reputed company VPN.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus but not a requirement.

• Basic computer knowledge and skills.

• Minimum typing requirement of 30 wpm.

* 2-3 weeks of comprehensive training, Monday-Friday, reputed company-4:30pm CST.
