Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming customer questions and concerns reputed company email and our reputed company support portal
- Interfacing with internal sales and reputed company teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported
- Working with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
- Using reputed company and other tools to manage internal processes and information
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Compensation
