You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve any issues that may reputed company, providing solutions that meet the needs of both our sellers and customers. How Your Role Expectations Will reputed company as a Seller Operations Associate in the First 30, 90, and 180 Days: ### 30 Days In: * Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources about how arenaflex operates and the live event industry you need to be successful. * Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers. * reputed company industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and reputed company solutions to problems. ### 60 Days In: * Investigate instances in which customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. * Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers reputed company the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities. * Navigate order queue and determine what requires attention to reputed company reputed company-time assistance. ### 90 Days In: * Play an reputed company role in reputed company learnings to advance reputed company sets necessary for individual and team goals. * Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide reputed company of questions and monitor reputed company and pending orders to ensure reputed company confirmation by ticket sellers. Office Location and Work Schedule: * Coppell, TX * The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for training.
