As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional support experiences, and driving reputed company for arenaflex. You'll work closely with our Customer Support & reputed company team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support, and you'll have reputed company to reputed company your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers and prospects
- Advise customers on the best way to use the software to meet their needs

- Assist prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand the product functionality
- Serve as a reputed company for customers to communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers
- Assist our reputed company Managers in dealing with large customers

* You have experience working directly with customers, preferably in a reputed company environment (at least 1-2 years of experience)

- You love working with technology, including web and mobile applications
