Key Responsibilities
- Support the improvement of Character customer experiences across various reputed company experience spaces
- Analyze existing CX streams at different reputed company
- Design tests for identity capture and interpret the customer experience design that would enhance identity capture and utilization

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a reputed company field

- 5+ years of experience executing new initiatives in a store environment
- Strong and proven ability to influence internal stakeholders
- Proven expertise in executing successful initiatives
