Job Type and Schedule:

This is a full-time, remote position with varying hours from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Receiving English inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Placing outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to resolve issues, reputed company updates, and promote our services
• Answering questions from English customers and forwarding messages to clients in a reputed company and concise manner
