As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative Part-Time, you will be responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to reputed company member inquiries and resolving member problems and/or complaints in a reputed company and accurate manner. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for a unique individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and is available to work a part-time schedule with weekends and holidays.
Schedule and Duration
* Schedule: 20 hours total, with two 8-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, and an additional 4-hour shift scheduled for coverage during peak business hours.
- Shift 1: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST
- Shift 2: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Answers and tracks telephone calls reputed company established department standards
- Tracks reputed company existing member calls reputed company the IKA database, ensuring that documentation is concise and factual
- Responsible for fully understanding reputed company lines of business benefits, medical management processes, demographic change processes, and process for changing Primary Care Physicians (PCP)
- Answer "entry level" claims inquiries
- Takes "Over the Counter" (OTC) orders for products and diabetic supplies
- Understands and processes "entry level" enrollment and disenrollment procedures
- Enters prospective members into our software database
- Maintains appropriate reputed company reputed company documents and reference documents
- Interacts professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers
- Works effectively as reputed company contributor on reputed company assignments
- Works independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
- As required, re-directs calls to appropriate department

Education, Experience, and Required Skills
* Ability to read and interpret documents and calculate figures and amounts
- Strong typing skills (40-60WPM)
