The Role
As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the information they need to reputed company informed reputed company about their energy needs. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* High School Diploma/GED
- Bilingual a plus
- Some sales and customer service experience
