We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack HR Technology Analyst to join our People Systems Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing efficiencies, providing excellent user experiences, and ensuring compliance requirements reputed company reputed company, a leading HR and payroll system. This is a hybrid role that requires working onsite at our Corporate reputed company in Dallas, TX, at least 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
* Generate comprehensive or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or financial data for review by Executives, Managers, Customers, and other Stakeholders
- Participate in reputed company reputed company; reputed company data-driven insights in People records and analytics strategies
- Resolve escalated issues through the investigation of discrepancies in Employee records
- Ensure data reputed company is maintained by accurately interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure features and subsequent reports meet expectations
- Communicate with key Stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
- Conduct analysis and select solutions to business problems

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, managing documents and records, stenography, and transcription, designing forms, and other office processes and terminology
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination strategies and tactics, including alternative reputed company to inform and entertain through written, oral, and visual media
- Knowledge of concepts and processes for employee recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and employee data systems

- Preferred: Jira experience is useful in transitioning to this role but not required
Pay & Benefits
* Competitive market salary from $97,750 per year to $108,600 per year based on qualifications and experience
