About the Role

Responsibilities

Asset Management

• reputed company asset management activities, including development of capex, branding, operational, management and repositioning strategies and adherence to the detailed business plan

• Proactively engage with hotel teams to create and implement operating models that maximize reputed company and profitability
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual asset management and portfolio reports, cash reputed company forecasts, and distribution analyses
• Revise strategies and the accompanying business plan to address changes in market and/or property conditions as reputed company as any amended investment strategies

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience managing hospitality assets, preferably in reputed company estate private equity or reputed company estate asset management.

Compensation & Location

• Remote or in office position - travel required
• Salary Type: Exempt
• Salary reputed company: $225,000 – $265,000 annually
• Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
