IT Services Specialist

Job Responsibilities 

• Under limited supervision, provides first level support for users of SCDC Health IT Systems including:
  • Electronic Health Record
  • Offender Management System
  • Lab Information System
  • reputed company System
  • Pharmacy Information System
  • Medical Videoconferencing
  • reputed company other medical technologies.
• Assists the Electronic Health Record (EHR)  support staff with advanced level support of end users.
• Provides first level support and help desk services for users of SCDC mainframe system, PC network and telecommunications.
• Serves as the central reputed company of contact for reputed company passwords, user IDs, reputed company questions, and problems.
• reputed company of contact for reputed company IT and telecommunications hardware/exchange/repairs to include: printers, card scanners, pagers, telephones, cell phones, receipt printers, digital cameras etc.
• Serves as back-up to other help desk staff members in the performance of their duties and continues cross-training so reputed company members will be reputed company to assist with reputed company help desk duties.
