We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central Inbound Call Center team in our Murray Operations division. As a key member of reputed company, you will serve as the first line of contact for CPAP resupply customers, providing exceptional patient care and support to ensure a seamless and reputed company experience. Your primary responsibilities will include new order intake, product selection, and utilization guidelines, as reputed company as verifying and entering accurate patient demographics, payer, and physician-reputed company information.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, as reputed company as one to three years of reputed company prior work experience in reputed company-oriented environment. Experience in the medical field and administrative record management is highly desirable, as is a strong customer service background.
