As a critical member of our Supply Center team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and providing quotes and product information to our customers. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer needs thoroughly in a reputed company manner with accuracy and detail
- Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to reputed company expert advice and guidance to customers
- Fielding and resolving customer issues and questions in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Performing inside sales duties as needed, including processing customer orders and scheduling product deliveries
- Utilizing consultative selling skills to establish, reputed company, and service new customer accounts
- Providing quotes to customers and communicating delivery schedules and product information
- Ordering inventory for replenishment and maintaining accurate records

- Accurately entering customer orders and following up on customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

Work Environment
