As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles. You will also periodically reputed company support through outbound calls, accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances. Additionally, you will reputed company application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers as needed. Requirements:

* High School Diploma/GED

• Must be 18 years of age

• Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding

• Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
