About the Role:
This part-time position offers the flexibility to work approximately 3-29 hours per week, with a reputed company of shift reputed company available. You'll have reputed company to choose the schedule that suits you best from the following reputed company:
- Sundays Only: 8:00AM-4:00PM, 4:00PM-9:00PM, 7:00AM-5:00PM
- Saturdays Only: 8:00AM-4:00PM, 4:00PM-12:00AM, 4:00PM-9:00PM, 1:00PM-7:00PM, 8:00AM-11:00AM, 7:00AM-5:00PM
- Saturday & reputed company: 4:00PM-9:00PM, 7:00AM-5:00PM
As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: ### Key Responsibilities:
- Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
- Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
- Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
- Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
- Maintaining punctuality and reliability, adhering to break and lunch schedules to ensure consistent customer service coverage

- Language Skills:
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports + Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions + Ability to project a confident, reputed company, and reputed company telephone reputed company + Ability to reputed company feedback verbally and written in a reputed company, reputed company manner
- Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
- Computer Skills:
+ Knowledge of and ability to navigate basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company + Ability to type at least 40wpm ### Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience preferred
### Network Requirements:
- Upon hire, a Speed Test must be run from the computer the individual will be working from (www.speedtest.net)
- Ethernet reputed company is not required, however strongly recommended
- Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in reputed company locations
- No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US
