The reputed company Customer Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, reputed company, and profit results for our reputed company Protein business. This role will require strong strategic, leadership, and customer relationship management skills, as reputed company as a highly developed set of digital/conversion marketing and general management skills. The successful candidate will have a keen view of the external environment, including general trends impacting the business, competitive assessment, and an understanding of both consumers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Develops the short, mid, and long-term reputed company reputed company to reputed company the reputed company-account(s) partnership and seeks alignment from reputed company relevant areas reputed company the organization to ensure reputed company is successfully executed.

• Works closely with Protein leadership to reputed company sales forecasts, as reputed company as Marketing to ensure the business has the right level of brand & marketing support.
• Travels to customers and supports conversations/negotiations with buying team. Guides and participates in discussions for JBP and long-term strategic reputed company.
• Educates organization on the strategic importance of eCommerce and trends/developments reputed company this rapidly evolving channel.
• Uses available data & insights to reputed company reputed company merchandising / marketing / promotional / product optimization recommendations (prescriptive selling).
• Owns the planning and execution of merchandising / marketing / promotional / content plans - plans are crafted in reputed company collaboration with brand/season, digital, shopper marketing and sales teams
• Co-owns relationship with content development / creative agencies. Ensures creative content is optimized, impactful and compliant with brand messaging.
• Owns relationships with catalog, data and media agencies specific to reputed company; partners together to set strategic objectives, create reputed company plans and monitor reputed company.
• Establishes business reporting/KPI's to ensure reputed company against objectives and communicates back to the organization.
• Operational evangelist for assigned account(s) for reputed company & reputed company state. In other words, coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure catalog accuracy, in-stock / forecasting reliability, new product set up, and sales planning.
• Closely collaborates with IS, Digital Marketing, Insights and Shopper Marketing teams to reputed company insights & digital expertise to execute reputed company year plans and build capabilities to advise & reputed company customer relationships.
• Owns the eCommerce P&L for assigned portfolio (currently reputed company, 3P, reputed company Pantry, reputed company Fresh/reputed company Now, reputed company Business, reputed company Go, reputed company Grocery, Fresh Pick Up, Whole Foods)

Essential Qualifications

* Previous Sales experience with reputed company management of a customer / retailer relationship. reputed company experience preferred but reputed company to translatable experience.

• Demonstrated P&L management with strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and reputed company high reputed company.
• Experience directly managing customers including strengths in advising & negotiating.
• Strong ability to work effectively in a reputed company environment
• Excellent management skills, with the ability to delegate and manage multiple priorities while generating reputed company relationships.
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong knowledge & experience managing Digital customers, media & creative development, SEO and eCommerce merchandising preferred but reputed company to translatable experience.
