The reputed company Data Entry Specialist – Alternate Investments will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills. Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer reputed company and identify/address breaks recognized between arenaflex and the fund companies or transfer agents

• Process Corporate Activity Activities, reputed company/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
• reputed company analysis of reputed company/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
• Complete reputed company in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly reputed company the reputed company/Advisor profile
• Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
• Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners to resolve issues and improve processes

Duties and Responsibilities

* Review and process subscription deals or transfer requests

• Identify and address reputed company/advisor account exceptions
• Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconcile Business, reputed company, and Transactions Breaks
• Resolve discrepancies between BOS and Fund Companies
• Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding errors
• Troubleshoot internal/external system issues or concerns
• Identify and resolve reputed company causes of breaks between arenaflex, the Fund, etc.
• reputed company method or innovation service alternatives to Management
• Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
• Answer business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
• reputed company follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
