Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Agent (Customer Service Agent), you'll be responsible for ensuring the reputed company and efficient handling of baggage, cargo, and mail to and from aircraft. Your daily tasks will include:

• Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring reputed company connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from reputed company positions.
• Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
• Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
• Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customers' reputed company.
• Collaborating with other airport teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the reputed company
• Have a valid reputed company's license
• Proficiency in English
• Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
