As a Customer Service Operations Associate at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of providing outstanding customer support to educators and educational institutions. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, particularly Sales, to manage essential operational tasks such as data entry, order processing, invoicing, and maintaining our CRM systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive reputed company and effective support, enabling them to reputed company their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Operations Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries through phone, chat, email, and request forms using CRM tools (Zoho and reputed company phone).
