As an reputed company Learning Experience Designer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing learning programs that reputed company reputed company new hires and tenured investigators reputed company the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. Key Responsibilities

Developing Learning Experiences

+ Create engaging e-learning content for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, reputed company, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools. + Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles. + Mentor or reputed company new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes. + Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem. + Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials.

Consulting on Programs

Our primary responsibility is to support them during new hire, upskill, and other trainings (e.g., Store launches, SOP changes, tool training) that reputed company them the resources they need to effectively do their job.

Basic Qualifications

* 5+ years of program or project management experience

• 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience

• 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
• 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
• 3+ years of change management experience
