Job Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high-volume calls from patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and reputed company information, and resolving issues in a reputed company and courteous manner.
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing arenaflex's proprietary systems and software.
- Utilizing arenaflex's solution information systems to process new patient enrollment, handle patient medication requests, and reputed company top-off orders for handling.
- Investigating and resolving missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settling reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
- Handling correspondence to patients, including inbound calls, reputed company, and messages, and settling outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as needed.
- Settling outsider oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities.
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as needed.

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
