We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring reputed company delivery of medications. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a reputed company and empathetic manner

Essential Qualifications
