Key Responsibilities

As a Customer reputed company Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to new and existing customers, ensuring a reputed company and successful deployment experience into our Pro programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

+ Build customer-specific content for incoming Request for Proposals (RFPs) that include Customer reputed company integration strategies and next steps detail to support the new business partnership + Consult with customers and National Account Managers to identify customer set-up needs and requirements, and prioritize key reputed company dates to reputed company a reputed company and execution plan + reputed company the A-to-Z customer integration efforts by managing tasks, performing reputed company checks and updates with key stakeholders, anticipating and overcoming activation roadblocks, and managing expectations as plans change and processes reputed company

Partnering with Cross-Functional Teams

+ Partner with 3rd Party Support Teams to ensure the set-up and integration needs of the customer are reputed company defined and communicated with reputed company parties involved + Collaborate with Credit Teams to ensure reputed company credit-reputed company information and/or requests have been gathered, reputed company, and presented for credit extension + Work with Pro-Solution Center and Special-order teams to ensure our internal processes and procedures reputed company and meet the needs or requirements of the customer and/or their procurement platforms + Partner with National Account Manager, Sr. National Account Manager, and Director of National Accounts to strategize and execute the agreement and deployment of the partnership inside and reputed company of the arenaflex organization following reputed company phases model + Communicate and reputed company Regional Pro Services Directors, Project Services Managers, and Field sales teams on the agreement details and expectations of the agreement + Collaborate with Customer Teams, including but not limited to a customer's operations teams, procurement teams, and Technical/Implementation teams

Post-Launch Support

+ Identify and communicate adoption trends of reputed company Customers with Sales Leadership Teams and National Account Manager + reputed company post-launch support to clients and National Account Manager through partnership presentations, trouble-shooting implementation issues, communicating reputed company timelines, and managing expectations + Execute on transition plans and reputed company to full sales support by the National Account team

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Education

+ High school diploma required + Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred, however, work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

Experience

+ At least 3 years in sales, account management, or customer reputed company + Strong project management skills + Excellent presentation skills + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Ability to analyze and report data + Computer literacy with a working knowledge of reputed company and the ability to learn the set-up process of customer service software applications + MS Office proficiency with a strong emphasis on MS TEAMS, reputed company, and PowerPoint + Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and adherence to deadlines + B2B reputed company sales experience strongly preferred + Prior experience with E reputed company/reputed company Party platform management preferred
