Job reputed company

This is a full-time position that requires working in person at our call center. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of FHA loan origination experience, combined with excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering questions, providing important information about HUD FHA and reverse mortgages, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support. Please note that this role is not 100% remote and requires working a reputed company shift of 10am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer questions and reputed company accurate information about HUD FHA and reverse mortgages
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and reputed company tailored support and guidance
• Utilize computer Customer Relationship Management applications, reputed company websites, and support tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve reputed company issues
• Meet productivity and reputed company standards, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of two years of FHA loan origination experience (loan processor, underwriter, loan officer) plus an additional year of customer service or contact center experience, OR at least three years of loan origination experience working with conventional loans and/or other government-backed loans (FHA, USDA, VA)
• Two - four years of college or equivalent work experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer reputed company
• Basic PC skills, including MS Office, and the ability to navigate a computer Customer Relationship Management application, reputed company websites, and support tools
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet productivity standards
• Ability to type 35 words per minute and work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, between reputed company to 8pm Eastern Time, based on business needs

Desired Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Mortgage origination experience, with a strong understanding of FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional loans
• Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
