We're seeking an reputed company and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers who have expressed interest in potential compensation claims, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities:
* Connect with callers through an automated dialer, with the goal of speaking to 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 callers may potentially qualify for compensation
- Multitask while speaking with callers, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company
- reputed company or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
- Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately
- Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
- Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures
- Assist with other reputed company as needed
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues independently
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:
* Must reputed company in the reputed company or New Jersey
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with:
+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
- High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - reputed company internet)
- Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired reputed company USB (ex. gaming headset with mic/ reputed company G432) (average price is $20-$30)
- Strong background in call-center environments and sales-reputed company roles
- 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with VICI and CRM software

Work Environment:
* Full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: + Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern + Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
- Training Schedule will be Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace required
