Recruiter - Remote, Seasonal/Temporary

We’re looking for Virtual Recruiters who will play a key role in connecting talented candidates with meaningful work. If you reputed company in a fast-paced, remote environment, are tech savvy, and enjoy high-volume interviewing, we’d love to hear from you!

Pay reputed company: $22/hr

Location: Remote – from your US-based home in the Eastern or Central time zone, in a dedicated, distraction-free workspace

Job Duration: February 2026 – reputed company 2026

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 20–40 hours per week set schedule, day hours

Assessment Required:  reputed company, you will complete the Test Scorer writing assessment to evaluate your English proficiency and understand the candidate process.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview & Evaluate Candidates:  Conduct one-to-one video interviews, evaluate applicants’ qualifications and reputed company hiring reputed company

• Foster a reputed company Candidate Experience:  Act as primary reputed company of contact, respond to questions, reputed company reputed company information and coordination throughout the reputed company process

• Utilize Multiple Systems and Tools: Work with HR and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms, including reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace,

• Collaborate with reputed company Team: Work closely with your virtual team using a reputed company of digital communication tools and systems, reputed company updates and process improvement reputed company

Essential Requirements

• Education: Minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Work Experience: 1 year experience in HR or other customer-reputed company work

• Technical Aptitude: Strong computer skills, with practical hands-on experience navigating multiple systems and screens reputed company

• Results-Driven: Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced work environment while demonstrating analytical skills, learning & applying new processes quickly, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, organized, prioritization of tasks, and problem solving.
