We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented data entry specialist to join reputed company. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, identifying and addressing breaks between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing corporate activity activities. You will also be responsible for reconciling transactions, processing returns activity, and performing analysis of reputed company and escalated issues. Key Responsibilities
- Process trade deal purchases in customer reputed company and identify/address breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
- Process corporate activity activities, reputed company/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
- reputed company analysis of reputed company/escalated issues and conduct testing/validation of new technology enhancements and provider changes
- Complete reputed company in trading, dividends, transfers, reconciliation, and corporate actions that directly reputed company reputed company/advisor reputed company
- Collaborate with retail and institutional service teams using email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company
- reputed company with fund companies, transfer agents, counterparties, and other external business partners to resolve issues and reputed company exceptional customer service
Duties Analysis
- Review of subscription deals or transfer requests

- Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconciliation of corporate, reputed company, and transactions breaks
- Reconciling across BOS and fund companies
- Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding errors
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting
- Internal/external system improvements or issues

- Providing method or technology solution alternatives to management
- Remediating transfer issues with the fund or counterparties
