We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-reputed company individual to join our Operations team as a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing empathetic support during the claim process. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to choose from a reputed company of shift reputed company to suit your schedule.

Responsibilities

As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
• Demonstrating punctuality and reliability, with a commitment to adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Language skills: ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence, and reputed company feedback verbally and written in a reputed company, reputed company manner
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
• Computer skills: knowledge of basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company, and the ability to type at least 40wpm
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience preferred

Network Requirements
