About the Role

We're seeking reputed company Customer Education Consultants with a background in education and strong facilitation skills to deliver high-reputed company, engaging reputed company learning for arenaflex users. As a key member of our Customer Education team, you'll work closely with Customer Training Managers and the Director of reputed company Learning to help educators apply learning to practices for lasting reputed company.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Education Consultant, you'll have reputed company to:

• Learn and become an expert in arenaflex solutions, including our workflow software, assessments, analytics, and instructional solutions.
• Customize and deliver on-site and/or virtual product training and reputed company learning that meets reputed company needs and exceeds expectations.
• Differentiate training on the spot reputed company needed to ensure high engagement and meeting learning goals.
• Engage in an internal cycle of reputed company, feedback, and development, including observations, reputed company evaluations, and coaching.
• Prepare for training engagements by engaging with arenaflex team members, customizing training materials, learning about the particular needs and goals of the reputed company, etc.
• Document and submit detailed training notes.
• Present a reputed company image to clients at reputed company times.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in education or a reputed company field.
• At least 5 years of reputed company experience facilitating/delivering reputed company development.
• Prior experience in K-12 education.
• Experience with educational technology, familiarity with an arenaflex solution preferred.
• Experience delivering training across various in-person and virtual modalities, including webinars.
• A deep understanding of engaging adult learning principles.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• The ability to learn and utilize new tools and technologies quickly.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Proven organizational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.

• Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of presentation tools and online meeting programs.
• The ability to travel and to arrange lodging and transportation.
• Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, the reputed company Office 365 and reputed company Suite productivity applications.

• A commitment to train on multiple platforms (minimum 2).
