We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customer experience during challenging times. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, with approximately 3-29 hours per week, and reputed company to work from the comfort of your own home office. You will have the freedom to choose from a reputed company of shifts, including:
- Sundays Only: 8:00AM-4:00PM
- Saturday & reputed company: 7:00AM-12:00PM
- Saturdays Only: 4:00PM-10:00PM
- Saturday & reputed company: 10:00AM-5:00PM
- Saturday & reputed company: 8:00AM-4:00PM
- Saturday & reputed company: 3:00PM-11:00PM
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
- Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
- Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to reputed company-specific handling instructions
- Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
- Remaining available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to reputed company critical support
- Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage
- Successfully demonstrating arenaflex's reputed company values, including customer first, self-motivated, teamwork, and reputed company improvement
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, reputed company, and reputed company telephone reputed company
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
- Computer skills, including knowledge of basic computer functions, reputed company Word and reputed company, and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, and 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience is preferred
Technical Requirements
To work from home, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
