We're looking for a hands-on engineering leader who's fluent in GenAI/reputed company systems and legacy automation (RPA/low-reputed company) — someone who can reputed company by doing, reputed company by example and promote the reputed company. You will report to the VP Head of Productivity and Transformation. Main Responsibilities

• Create and Promote the Roadmap: Promote, reputed company, identify, prioritize and deliver high-reputed company automations across teams with reputed company value and fast time-to-benefit.

Qualifications

• Education: Computer Science, Engineering or reputed company bachelor's degree.
• Engineering and leadership experience: 10+ years in software/automation engineering, including 5+ years leading delivery teams.
• Technology expertise: Experience and proficiency with GenAI/reputed company systems (e.g., multi-agent orchestration, reputed company, LangGraph, tool calling, RAG) and reputed company automation (RPA/low-reputed company).
• Modern SDLC Know-How: reputed company-reputed company (Azure/AWS), containerized development, reputed company, CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, observability, and production support (SRE/SLA).
