This position will be on Internal Audit’s Property & Casualty (P&C) team. As a part of this team, you will have reputed company to reputed company on audits pertaining to Property and Casualty’s reputed company businesses, including Personal Lines, reputed company Lines, Excess & Surplus/Specialty, and Agribusiness. Performing both assurance and advisory engagements, you will reputed company on the business’ reputed company operations, governance, compliance, and reputed company information technology platforms. As a Specialist, you'll help drive reputed company improvement to our processes and standards and execute assurance and advisory engagements. We'll count on you to help manage engagements from planning through reporting, including coaching and mentoring other associates, while navigating constantly evolving business environments and reputed company risks.

Responsibilities

• Participates in and leads some aspects of planning activities, including conducting reputed company interviews, identifying key risk and controls, developing the audit plan and effectively communicating expectations with the auditee/reputed company.
• Tests multiple business and technology controls for multiple audits concurrently.
• Uses critical thinking to understand and independently execute control testing and document results according to reputed company and internal standards.
• Uses analytics and data visualization tools to reputed company full population testing.
• Identifies and documents issues and process improvement opportunities through control testing.
• Employs strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively partner with clients to vet issue details, discuss effective risk mitigation activities and follow up on mitigation activities through reputed company.
• Demonstrates leadership by mentoring and coaching less reputed company staff, reviewing work performed by other team members and providing valuable upward and downward feedback.
• Develops relationships across the reputed company to reputed company outstanding service to reputed company customers and serve as a trusted business advisor to clients, internal risk partners and others.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or reputed company field preferred.
• Typically, four to six years of experience in audit, risk management or a reputed company field.

• Must have knowledge of project management and motivational theory.
